🥬 Ingredients
Here's everything you'll need to make our vegan herb tofu dip:
📋 Ingredient Notes
- Silken tofu: This is the secret ingredient for creating a creamy dip without the use of nuts or dairy. A common complaint is that silken tofu can be a bit harder to find at the grocery store. It should be located near other tofu & vegan products. In some cases, it may not be near the other tofu, and instead may be in the global cuisines, vegetarian, or even dairy section of the supermarket.
- Herbs: Tightly pack the herbs in to their measuring containers, otherwise your measurements might not match up with ours.
- Lime juice: freshly squeezed is always best in this dip for a super bright, refreshing flavor.
- Vegan cream cheese: this adds a bit of tanginess and extra creaminess to our tofu dip. You can also use plain non dairy yogurt or vegan sour cream.
🔪 Step-by-Step Instructions
(1) Add all of the ingredients to a food processor or blender. (A blender will provide a creamier, smoother texture.)
(2) Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as necessary.
(3) Garnish dip with any leftover herbs and serve with fresh veggies.

My goodness what a beautiful presentation. I lost a silencer tofu dip recipe that was a light lemony dip, so I was searching thru the internet for one similar when I spotted your delicious looking recipe. I look forward to trying it, although I am not sure I will add the rosemary, I’m. Of that keen on that particular herb, I may substitute simple parsley or simply omit.

Hi Lisa, Thanks so much! Hope you give it a try. I think parsley would be a great substitute for rosemary!

Just made this and I'm amazed at how easy and tasty it is! Wanted to try something interesting for my lunches, I'm having it with baked sweet potato, salad and chickpeas. Will definitely be making it for parties too

Thrilled to hear that, Emma! Love the idea of serving it with a baked sweet potato!
