Crowded Kitchen LLC Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in the Crowded Kitchen LLC Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you (“Entrant”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before entering.

1. Sponsor

This Giveaway is sponsored by Crowded Kitchen LLC, a corporation based in the United States ("Sponsor"). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with any other company, platform, or social media service.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Crowded Kitchen LLC, their affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on December 10 and ends on December 17 (“Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway:

Complete and submit the contest form during the Entry Period.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries or attempts to enter by any other means may result in disqualification.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within [24] hours of the Giveaway's closing date. The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at the time of entry.

The winner must respond to the notification within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the potential winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitutions are permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

7. Conditions of Participation

By entering, Entrants agree to:

Abide by these Terms and Conditions.

Allow Crowded Kitchen LLC to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Allow Crowded Kitchen LLC and partners to send promotional emails to you.

8. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway at any time for any reason.

Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, failures, or unauthorized access to entries.

All decisions by the Sponsor are final and binding.

9. Limitation of Liability

By entering, Entrants release Crowded Kitchen LLC, its affiliates, and employees from all liability for any claims, injuries, losses, or damages resulting from participation or the acceptance or use of the prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected from Entrants will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Crowded Kitchen LLC’s privacy policy.

11. Governing Law

This Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Michigan.
