This refreshing juice is full of immune-boosting ingredients – perfect for January!
- 8 blood oranges
- 2 medium grapefruit
- 1 lemon
- 3 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- 1 inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- If you have a juicer, simply juice all citrus, ginger & turmeric. Whisk in cinnamon at end.
- If you’re using a blender, peel and blend all ingredients well. Strain through cheesecloth or nut milk bag to remove pulp. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
