This refreshing juice is full of immune-boosting ingredients – perfect for January!

Ingredients

  • 8 blood oranges
  • 2 medium grapefruit
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • 1 inch piece of fresh turmeric, peeled
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  1. If you have a juicer, simply juice all citrus, ginger & turmeric. Whisk in cinnamon at end.
  2. If you’re using a blender, peel and blend all ingredients well. Strain through cheesecloth or nut milk bag to remove pulp. Store in refrigerator for up to 5 days. Enjoy!
