We love this springy variation of a classic cocktail: Cherry Negroni! It’s just as delicious as it is gorgeous, and it’s the perfect Negroni starter recipe for those that aren’t used to the bitter taste.
- 1 oz Campari
- 1 oz gin
- 1 oz vermouth
- 2 oz tart cherry juice
- ¾ oz simple syrup (optional)
- Orange peel for garnish
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients (except orange peel). Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled glass and twist orange peel over the drink to release the aromatic oils. Enjoy cold!
Simple syrup is an optional (untraditional) ingredient. If you prefer a more authentic taste, leave it out.
