Description

We love this springy variation of a classic cocktail: Cherry Negroni! It's just as delicious as it is gorgeous, and it's the perfect Negroni starter recipe for those that aren't used to the bitter taste.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 oz Campari
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 oz vermouth
  • 2 oz tart cherry juice
  • ¾ oz simple syrup (optional)
  • Orange peel for garnish

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients (except orange peel). Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
  2. Strain into a chilled glass and twist orange peel over the drink to release the fragrant oils. Enjoy cold!

Notes

Simple syrup is an optional (untraditional) ingredient. If you prefer a more authentic taste, leave it out.
