Description
If you're looking for a festive, light and refreshing holiday cocktail, this easy Mistletoe Mojito is the way to go! It's made with fresh mint, rum, cranberry juice, simple syrup, lime juice and cranberry pomegranate spritz. We top it with a cute mint and cranberry mistletoe garnish!

- 4 mint leaves
- 3/4 ounce simple syrup
- 2 ounces white rum
- 2 ounces cranberry juice (no sugar added)
- 1/2 ounce freshly squeezed lime juice
- 3 ounces Q CRANBERRY POMEGRANTE SPRITZ
- For garnish: a sprig of mint and 4 cranberries
Instructions
- Add the mint and simple syrup to a cocktail shaker and gently muddle for about 10-15 seconds.
- Fill the cocktail shaker halfway with ice, then add in the rum, cranberry juice and lime juice.
- Shake for 15 seconds, then strain into a large glass filled with ice. Top off with cranberry pomegranate spritz.
- To make the mistletoe garnish, skewer the mint stem with two toothpicks, directly underneath the leaves. Skewer cranberries on both sides of each toothpick, then use scissors to cut off and toothpick that is sticking out.
- Garnish your cocktail and enjoy!
Notes
If you can't find Q CRANBERRY POMEGRANATE SPRITZ, substitute with club soda or sparkling water of your choice.
