These berry basil moscow mules are just slightly sweet, a bit herbal, and are such a refreshing summer cocktail!
- 4 oz vodka
- Juice of 1 small lime
- 8 oz Bai Tennessee Braspberry Supertea
- 4 torn basil leaves
- Ginger beer for topping
- Combine vodka, lime juice, Bai, and torn basil in a large glass over ice. Stir vigorously for about 15 seconds, then strain mixture into moscow mule mugs over a bit of ice.
- Top off each glass with ginger beer, and garnish with more fresh basil, raspberries and blueberries. Enjoy!
If you’d prefer a sweeter drink, feel free to add .5 oz of simple syrup.
