Red, White & Blue Layered Smoothie

This is the perfect festive July 4th recipe!



Blue Layer:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1 tsp blue majik spirulina (optional for color)
  • 1/4 cup almond milk

White Layer:

  • 1 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 banana

Red Layer:


  1. Blend all ingredients for blue layer and pour into each glass, filling slightly less than 1/3 of the way. Freeze for 15 minutes (optional).
  2. Blend yogurt and banana for white layer. Gently spoon white mixture on top of blue layer, filling the glass 2/3 of the way. Return to freezer (optional).
  3. Blend all ingredients for red layer and spoon on top of white layer until glass is full. Garnish with fresh berries and a patriotic straw. Enjoy!
